Operating rules
- STOP ALL remains active and fail-closed.
- External providers and marketplace mutations remain disabled.
- Human review gates remain mandatory for release-sensitive states.
- Secrets are never exposed through normal admin or REST responses.
- Sandbox, test and production data remain isolated.
- Finance and audit evidence are append-only/protected where designated.
Current build status
Core batches through Orders are complete. Finance, analytics and operational safeguards are in final validation. The final readiness layer will keep every live integration disabled until separately authorized.
