Privacy Policy

This page describes the current development-stage privacy posture for DigiForge on converentis.com.

Information processed

The WordPress site may process standard technical information required to operate and secure the service, including request logs, IP address, browser information, authentication/session cookies for administrators, and data intentionally entered by authorized administrators.

DigiForge data

DigiForge is designed to store only the operational metadata needed for research, product production, listing preparation, order review, finance analysis, audit and safety controls. Credential-like fields are rejected or protected by dedicated credential-vault boundaries.

Financial and personal data

The current system is not intended to store card numbers, CVV values, bank credentials, payment secrets or unnecessary buyer personal information. Finance features are local reporting and readiness tools only.

External automation

Etsy, POD provider, AI execution, fulfillment, refund, tax filing, payment and other external automation actions are currently disabled under STOP ALL.

Retention and security

Protected audit, finance and evidence records use fail-closed retention controls. Automatic destructive deletion is not enabled in the current development stage.

Policy changes

This policy will be updated before public customer-facing collection, payments or external integrations are activated.
